Sanjay Shah (CEO) graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Management Science and Engineering. After college, Sanjay went on to join the Boston Consulting Group, a prestigious consulting firm specializing in providing strategic advice to the world's largest companies. While there, he worked on strategy projects for various high profile clients in the Healthcare, Industrial Goods, and Consumer Goods sectors. In a few years, he was exposed to a broad range of business problems ranging from shaping the portfolio strategy of a $5bn metals company to planning the expansion strategy for a $2bn copy/print company. Thereafter, he left the firm to start Innova Sites.

Avichal Garg (Board Member) is CTO and Co-Founder of PrepMe.com. Avichal was previously a Product Manager at Google, first in Search Quality, working on the core of the search engine, where he received an Executive Management Group award for outstanding performance, and then in Ads Quality on the core advertising engine. He has previous engineering experience at Amazon and Procter and Gamble. Garg has a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and an M.S. in Management Science from Stanford University.


Sachin Shah (Board Member) is CEO of Crystal Chem Inc, a distributor of life science research products. Sachin graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering and Economics. Upon graduating, he joined M3 Capital Partners, a rapidly growing real estate investment bank in Chicago. Sachin worked on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions in various niche markets, from senior housing to self storage, and quickly became the firm’s top analyst, closing over $6 billion in transactions. Sachin then went on to work for Crystal Chem Inc, and is also a student at the Kellogg School of Management.


Ralph Laurie (Advisor) is a co-owner of Lighthouse PLZ, an internet-based suite of tools aimed at improving dental practice efficiency. Prior to joining Lighthouse PLZ, Ralph was President of CAESY Education Systems, which was was acquired by Patterson Dental Supply In May of 2004. From 1994 until joining CAESY, Ralph served as the Vice President of Research and Development and Vice President of Sales for Integrated Dental Technologies, Inc., driving development of PracticeWorks practice management software and Oral Vision intraoral camera systems. He has lectured in Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, Chile, Mexico, and Brazil.
